EC House is based on the idea of rethinking the current housing lifestyle. Thinking about daily life, the dimensions necessary for its execution and combining all the conditions with only the ‘essentials’.

In this sense, the house is designed on two floors, with daily use only on the floor at street level. The lower floor will be a complement to everyday life and needs – a flexible, changeable, dynamic space.

In this way, the project starts from a free floor plan, where functional modules are introduced, strategically positioned, which by their tensions and extensions make it possible to define and delimit the useful space, the living space.

Each interior space extends outwards, suspending itself over the landscape and absorbing the surrounding nature. It is intended to be a house that captures the dynamics of the user, simplifying its use with practical and fluid experiences.
