We seek to promote an interdisciplinary experience, where the diverse ‘arts’ dialogue with the desire to respond to the needs of society, in a way that is not stipulated by them, but rather, looking for new dynamics and ‘unconventional’ approaches, desiring not just shapes or functions, but for the creation of sensitive space, emotive space.
The scope and amplitude of the activity allows us to work in an ‘experimental’ way, a laboratory of ideas, where curiosity challenges certainty, a constant search for new answers and the reformulation of old questions that allow space to be defined.
We explore the connection between art, architecture and building as a metaphor for what Grupo Zegnea believes and aspires to be the future of architectural thinking.
Grupo Zegnea was established in Guimarães in 2008, complementing the activity carried out by Blonorte, which has over 40 years’ experience, by integrating Grupo Zegnea’s services with the goal of developing an integrated architecture solution.
We combine architecture with construction and real state, developing each project from the design stage through to the management, coordination and execution of all aspects related to the work, conceiving a product that is designed and built, from start to finish, with the utmost rigour, quality and aesthetic sense. The projects and works carried out by Grupo Zegnea are characterised by elegance and simplicity, valuing the quality of the design and materials, as well as rigour and mastery in the execution of the work.
