We believe that the expansion of municipalities and the creation of new urban centres comes from fostering experiences that allow people to enjoy the public highway, relating to their surroundings, unifying and enhancing these areas.

We want this hybrid building to act as a hinge and link between the different surrounding streets, allowing a more comfortable route and a dynamic relationship between the different services, in order to foster the creation of spatial relationships and the enhancement of the existing civic centre. These spaces, designed with slower routes such as ramps, faster routes such as stairs, green spaces and seating areas.

The architectural pieces are intended to be simple and sober, allowing them to breathe in their surroundings. The new-build volumes are intended to be structurally simple with finishes that reflect the comfort of the living space. The flower boxes, an essential part of the facade’s design, are intended to enliven it, creating dynamism and vibration.

The aim is to create a balance between the essence of the interior and exterior spaces, converging in a unique architectural complex that will be the finishing touch to the formal and functional distribution of Ronfe’s urban centre, providing new dynamics and new experiences for the village.
