With the Home.Office alliance as its design principle, this building aims to combine different activities in one place – habitation, work and living.

With a view to highlighting a way of life in which human and social relationships are prevalent, it functions as a living organism, where different dynamics and experiences are explored as you move through the volume.

The flats emphasise outdoor spaces, which extend into a spacious and flexible interior. The interior space can be adapted by sliding panels that allow the spaces to be closed off.

The living space can take over the bedroom during the night and the dining area during the day, thus increasing its area as required. Spaces that can be adapted and changed according to the user’s daily life.

HO.OF seeks the symbiosis between living and working condensed into an organism that responds to the demands of society, thus fitting into a city lifestyle.
