More than just a house, the 496 Building is an idea that reflects our vision of contemporary and adaptable living, designed to grow with the needs of families and create new dynamics for urban living. We seek to develop spaces that value everyday experiences and individual emotions, a place where every corner has meaning and offers comfort.

The 496 Building was born out of the desire to carefully integrate with its surroundings and create spaces that promote a balance between the built environment and nature. Located parallel to the national road, the building frees up a significant part of the land to create a large green area to support the collective housing. This integration values not only the connection between residents, but also their relationship with nature and the public space.

In this project, we focused on details such as the solar orientation that optimises natural light, providing warm and comfortable environments. The semi-underground garage allows a fluid connection between the surrounding streets, keeping the focus on the pedestrian and promoting a more friendly and accessible urban environment.

The 496 Building is an architectural statement, a proposal for the evolution of cities and ways of living, which seeks to solve the challenges of land occupation and the creation of urban spaces designed for people. It is an idea that aims to harmonise urban living, offering spaces that evolve and adapt, enhancing the community and the well-being of its residents.
